1. For our wigs and weaves instock we will give a full refund as long as it is in the same state as it was when purchasd, the lace has not been tampered with, no products applied to it. We would not give refunds for items that fail to meet these criteria.

2. Refunds given would not include postage cost. .


Custom Order Full lace wigs and weaves
As we have been in the lace wigs and weaves industry for quite some time, we do our best to provide the best quality products at an affordable prices, and always have our customers interest in mind.

1. We do not offer refunds on custom order full lace wigs or weaves

2. Once an order has been placed and production has started, we would be unable to cancel the order.

3. In the event of a custom order being cancelled, we would charge a cancellation charge of 30% of the order price

4. These hair pieces are made from real human virgin hair, it is advisable to use gentle products on them, not harsh products which may damage them, treat the hair like you will treat your own hair. Its is also noted that some dyes may damage the hair and cause shedding, so it is advisable not to dye the hair, or if you do so, do not do it more than once and always use herbal dies which are more gentle. With every wig they may tangle if they are not cared for properly, like your own hair it tangle but we always comb it on daily basis to avoid it getting knotted or tangle.
Use a gentle detangler with-out any spirit based or peroxide products in them.
