Maintaining Lace wigs and Remy Human Hair:

DO: when sleeping put on a hair bonnet or simply wear a scarf around your head to prevent tangling.
DO: moisturize this hair lightly every day by spritzing it with a mixture of 80%water and 20% glycerine and comb through and style as desired.
ONLY wash your wig on a Styrofoam wig head using a mild shampoo e.g. Silicon mix products
DO: use knot sealer to seal the knots before every fitting
DO NOT use heavy greasy products on hair or hair products with high concentrated alcohol in them!
DO NOT flatiron or press it too often or use too much heat, Remember, human hair is fragile
DO NOT blow-dry or hood-dry your wig - ALWAYS AIR-DRY. Blow drying will shrink the lace as well as cause potential damage to the knots and hair.
DO NOT comb the hair too vigorously, as it will shed.

Returns or Exchange Policy

* No application of glue or tape has been applied to the wig, hair spray
* It is within the first 14 days of receiving your lace wig.
* The excess lace in the front of the wig has not been removed or cut in any way.
* Due to hygene reasons, we do not accept return on any unit once it has been cut, glued or exceeded 14 days
* Units are only exchanged once
